Amazing article about this gentleman who just turned 115 year old. He contributes he's longevity to his upturned face to the sun...perhaps so. He gets proper quantity of vitamin D where most Americans are depleted in a most important vitamin..including myself. I must take 50,000mg once a week. They are a prescription form. This is very strange as I live in Florida!
This gentleman is also a farmer, thus he always worked hard, pushed his body to the limits. Hard working individuals with low stress do well in old age. He also ate very healthy. His food source was his own NON GMO ( meaning not genetically modified in any way) and purely organic. He lives in Japan and sad to say with last years natural disasters who to say how contaminated his plot of land may be now.
The problem we have majorly in America that most people do not realize is that our food has been majorly taken over by genetically modified seeds..even the seedless grapes we enjoy...they are not natural but modified. Corn, soy, rice, alfalfa, wheat and many other products have been modified without our consent.
Common sense should tell and individual that once inside the body if not natural what will happen..food was created to keep us living and health..........in perfect conjunction with the human body....but now it has been hampered with. So if the genetically modified compound/food is not in its natural state and can never be reversed than does that not tell us that the food will some how in some way alter us too? Look at the rate of Americans fat around their waist as never before or girls in pre puberty?
Cows given GMO alfalfa and bovine therapy are miscarrying over 50% of their calves. They are milking half of their rate, thus giving to slaughter early and into the food chain. This ends up in our bodies. The mild also does. Thus our own hormones are out of control.
Thanks to Monsanto (makers of round up) who had government contracts as far back as the Vietnam war, they are the creators of agent Orange, are the current license holders of GMO seeds. Obama gave them the full go ahead, no restrictions and no gov checks this year. Also several Monsanto people are now in the gov and who holds many gov contracts and also gives the gov tons of hard cold cash? If I were you I would take this seriously and learn about them because they have been behind the congress for YEARS trying to get them to pass REGULATIONS on vitamins, supplements and organic foods. If this does pass............it will only be given out by a doctors prescription.
Several doctors have admitted if they do not suggest big pharma drugs they could get their licenses taken away. Dr's have been driven into being drug pushers here in America. We live in a scary place and must educate ourselves as quickly as possible. Do you think a Dr. will prescribe a vitamin (and lose his license in the process) or push a prescription drug for big pharma as instructed. Dr's are already being watched by big gov to see how much they are prescribing. Through the media the gov has the general public thinking it is a good thing to catch Dr's from over prescribing but actually it is to make sure they are prescribing. One of the most prescribed drugs is one of the most dangerous and unnecessary...ZOCOR cholesterol medication. It is making people sick and my uncle died from it.
