Chocolate, diet, Cortizone Connection & Stress

A right beautiful cake that is..............oh chocolate come to me..yesterday was my birthday...was that cake mine..no...it was my niece's last summer. I forbade any such delicious satisfying activity such as this to take place..........as a I am on the dread diet........or change of life...way of eating...or fasting.
As I has been craving chocolate for five days or so I had cracked open a little jar or whipped dark chocolate and everyday took a little.....just a little on my finger.......oh yummm...and that was it...........so as it was my Birthday I took several large fingers full and was as happy as can be. In the old days I could eat a whole plate full and ice cream to suit. Now I am in my forties and must keep my figure and maintain my wrinkle free face.

I get asked often how do i look so young...one it is genetics...........two it is because i began to use skincare when i was 13 years old. One mistake women make is they do not make up-sweep motions of lotion on their neck...so many neglected necks. It does not matter how rich a woman is or how many surgeries if she does not take care of her neck, her age will show .....she can have a beautiful face lift but a sagging neck is a tell all. Unfortunately many young females look aged at an accelerated rate........due to poor diet, smoking, drugs, not protecting skin from the sun rays, stress.

Stress is a major contributor to aging........much more so than anyone could have imagined twenty years ago.
A very good book to read on this subject would be the "Cortisone Connection" as stress
contributes toxins into fat..............thus fat trapped in return poisoning us.

It does not matter how much we diet,
It does not matter how much we exercise,
if we are stressed out,
we will never lose the weight when we are older.

So ladies, try to take deep breathes all day long, read the book, drink lots and lots of water, use lots of lotion on your neck, use excellent skin care.......and blow off the stress. It may be easier said than done but it is necessary...for your mental well being and for your health..not just general but also your heart health.
